Apart from Sunday and public holidays, Smoothgift will deliver your purchases in the Netherlands from Monday to Saturday. The standard approximate turn around time is 3 days once we receive your order. 4 days for Hand Engraving (Engraving is an elaborate process orientated). However, Smoothgift offers a one day engraving service for really deadline date request (for both personal and corporate use). We will email you our design or edited image (received from you) and receive your agreement (verbal or written) before engraving the image. Signature will be required from the recipient on every delivery. We estimate international orders will take 7-10 days, depending on the country.

International orders (outside of the EU) are sent out entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for the reliability or otherwise of overseas postal services. Once goods have left the The Netherlands they are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for the payment of import or export duties. If goods are impounded by the Authorities of the country to which you are sending, payment of those duties are your responsibility. SmoothGift would not be liable for any loss including consequential loss if a gift does not arrive on time.

Without mincing words, SmoothGift guarantees your satisfaction. It is also worthy of mention that this guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you have any complaint or are dissatisfied with our gifts, products or our services in any way, please contact us immediately.
As you are entitled to cancel your order or to a refund if you are not entirely satisfied with any of our products, simply return the goods in the same condition to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the goods. If we are unable to deliver goods (through no fault of our own) or if we are instructed to uplift or return goods, we will refund the goods less the cost of delivery (both outward and return). We cannot refund courier or postage charges already incurred.
